What You Should Know What To Do Important Note

If a card payment isn’t showing in your CabCard driver portal, it’s very likely that the transaction was not successful.

What You Should Know

The CabCard portal updates in real time. This means any successful transaction should appear immediately.

If the transaction does not appear in the portal, it likely means the customer’s card was not charged.

What To Do

Check the Driver Portal
Log in to your CabCard driver portal to check if the transaction is listed.

If You Don’t See the Transaction

It probably means the payment did not go through.

Ask the customer to try again using their card or choose another payment method.

Important Note

If your terminal shows "Transaction Accepted" and provides an authorisation code, the transaction was successful and should be visible in your portal.

If it's not showing even in this case, please contact our support team, we’ll investigate it for you.
