Terminal suddenly not turning on or responding? 

This quick guide covers the steps to take when your payment terminal encounters problems.

Invalid Keys:

If your terminal shows invalid keys, then please take a look here. 

Terminal screen displays 'Welcome' in red:

If you terminal is currently displaying ‘Welcome’ in red, please view this page.  

Initialisation Failed:

If your terminal shows ‘Initialisation Failed’ on the display screen, please view this page.
