How to check if a payment has been successful

You can check if a transaction/payment has successfully gone through by logging into your driver portal through my.cabcard.services on a device with a web browser or by downloading the Android App to your mobile phone. 

The portal displays your transaction history in real-time, so if a transaction has been successful through your CabCard terminal it will show on your portal. 

If you are in doubt that a transaction has been successful, please ask the passenger to pay again with their card or by an alternative method. We can process a refund to the passenger if a transaction / payment is mistakenly processed twice.
