How to check a transaction and send a receipt:
- Go to the driver portal website at my.cabcard.services
- Log in using your username and password credentials.
- On the left-hand menu, click the "Transactions" tab.
- This will display a list of all successful transactions that have been processed through your account.
- To send a receipt for a specific transaction, locate the transaction in the list and click the "Details" button.
- In the transaction details pop-up, click the blue "Send by SMS or Email" button.
- Choose whether you want to send the receipt via SMS text message or email.
To send via SMS:
- Select “Send SMS”
- Enter the customer's mobile phone number in the provided field
- Click the green "Send" button to send the text receipt.
To send via email:
- Select “Send Email”
- Enter the customer's email address in the provided field
- Click the green "Send" button to email the receipt.
