How to check a Transaction and send a Receipt

How to check a transaction and send a receipt:

  1. Go to the driver portal website at my.cabcard.services
  2. Log in using your username and password credentials.
  3. On the left-hand menu, click the "Transactions" tab. 
  4. This will display a list of all successful transactions that have been processed through your account.
  5. To send a receipt for a specific transaction, locate the transaction in the list and click the "Details" button.
  6. In the transaction details pop-up, click the blue "Send by SMS or Email" button.
  7. Choose whether you want to send the receipt via SMS text message or email.

To send via SMS:

  1. Select “Send SMS”
  2. Enter the customer's mobile phone number in the provided field
  3. Click the green "Send" button to send the text receipt.
     

To send via email:

  1. Select “Send Email”
  2. Enter the customer's email address in the provided field
  3. Click the green "Send" button to email the receipt.
