How to check a transaction and send a receipt
To check a transaction log into your driver portal at my.cabcard.services
On the menu on the left-hand side click the transactions tab.
This will show you a list of all successful transactions completed on your account.
If you wish to send your customer a receipt, locate the transaction that you wish to send a receipt for.
Select the details button of the transaction. This will show you information about the transaction and you can select to send a receipt by clicking on the blue “Send by SMS or Email” button
Once you have selected this button you can choose to send the receipt by SMS or email
To send by SMS, Select “Send SMS” and enter the customer's mobile telephone number. Once you have entered the customer's mobile telephone number into the box, click the green “Send” button.
To send by email, select “Send email” and enter the customer's email address into the box shown. Once you have entered the customer's email address, click the green “Send” button.
