CabCard payment services including POS terminals, CabCard Go and Payment Links, must only be used for taxi journeys.

You must not use CabCard's payment services for any other purpose, including:

  • Providing cashback to customers
  • Taking payments from friends or family
  • Receiving payment for other goods or services
  • Selling a vehicle

Taking payment for any purpose other than taxi services will cause you to breach the CabCard terms of service, and may also cause you to breach the Visa, Mastercard or American Express card scheme rules.
