This article outlines the details around our driver payment schedules and processing timeline so you know exactly when to expect your money.
You can view your payment schedule by logging into your Driver Portal and following the steps below:
- Log in to your portal at https://my.cabcard.services/login
- Once logged in click on your name (usually in the top left hand corner)
- Click ‘’edit profile''
- Select your Account
- You will be able to view your payout schedule under the 'your account’ section

When do you receive your payouts?
Your payout includes all Visa and Mastercard transactions processed from Monday to and including Sunday the previous week and all American Express transactions processed from Tuesday the previous week to Monday the same week
Monday
Your payout includes all Visa and Mastercard transactions processed from Friday to and including Sunday the previous week and all American Express transactions processed from Thursday to an including Saturday the previous week
Friday
Your payout includes all Visa and Mastercard transactions processed on Monday to and including Thursday the same week and all American Express transactions processed from Sunday the previous week and Monday to and including Wednesday the same week
Monday
Your payout includes all Visa and Mastercard transactions processed from Wednesday to and including Sunday the previous week and all American Express transactions processed on Thursday to and including Saturday the previous week
Tuesday
Your payout includes all Visa and Mastercard transactions processed on Monday and all American Express transactions processed on Sunday the previous week
Wednesday
Your payout includes all Visa and Mastercard transactions processed on Tuesday and all American Express transactions processed on Monday
Thursday
Your payout includes all Visa and Mastercard transactions processed on Wednesday and all American Express transactions processed on Tuesday
Friday
