How do I fix a duplicate card charge?

Our system is designed to quickly detect and resolve any possible duplicate charges. Here’s what happens if one occurs and what you need to do:

1. Automatic duplicate detection

Our system automatically identifies potential duplicate transactions. If a transaction looks like it may have been processed twice, you’ll be notified right away.

2. Notifications you’ll receive

If a duplicate is flagged, we’ll send you:

  • A text message
  • An email
  • A notification in your portal

These alerts will include a link to a short form.

3. Complete the short form

The form allows you to:

Confirm whether the transaction is a duplicate

Request a refund (if required)

This ensures any accidental duplicate charges are resolved quickly.
