Note: Bluetooth mode must only be used in conjunction with data dispatch system integrations e.g Autocab and with TFL-approved London taxis using the CabCard solution.

To set up Bluetooth mode, please follow the instructions below:
 

Data Dispatch system integrations

From the READY screen on the Terminal:

  • Press the UP arrow
  • Select SETTINGS (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select OPERATION MODE (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select BLUETOOTH (using the GREEN TICK)
  • A second BLUETOOTH option will appear on the menu screen (Select BLUETOOTH using the GREEN TICK)
  • Press the GREEN TICK so that the top line reads ⇒ STATUS: ENABLED
  • Press the RED X 3 times to take you to the WELCOME screen
  • ⇒ The terminal is now in Bluetooth mode. 

 

TFL-approved London taxis using the CabCard solution
 

From the READY screen on the Terminal:

  • Press the UP arrow
  • Select SETTINGS (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select OPERATION MODE (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select BLUETOOTH (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select RECEIPTS (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select SKIPPING RECEIPT
  • Select ENABLED (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select PAPER RECEIPT and select DISABLED (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select VIRTUAL RECEIPT and select DISABLED (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Select DISPLAY RECEIPT MENU and select DISABLED (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Go back to the previous menu and select BLUETOOTH (using the GREEN TICK)
  • Press the GREEN TICK so that the top line reads ⇒ STATUS: ENABLED
  • Press the RED X 3 times to take you to the WELCOME screen
  • ⇒ The terminal is now in Bluetooth mode.
