How to change your email address

There are two ways to update the email address associated with your CabCard driver account:
- Submit a request through the driver dashboard:
- Log into your dashboard at https://my.cabcard.services/login
- Fill out the general request form and include your new email address.
2. Email the support team:
- Send your email change request to support@cabcard.services
- Include your new preferred email address.
- We will update your account details upon receipt.
Would you be contacting us from your registered email address?
Great!
Then simply email us your request with the new email address you would like to be registered with.
Once completed, you will receive a notification confirming the change.
No Problem at all. Please provide the additional information for our verification:
- Old email address
- New email address
- Date of birth
- First line of address
