Troubleshoot Login Errors
Seeing "incorrect credentials" when trying to log into CabCard Go?
- Please login to your CabCard GO App using your Username and Password.
- Please note the Green Ticks as validation.
If Login Error 'Incorrect credentials' occurs, please see Error codes below for some guidance:
- Error Code E1 - Indicates an Invalid Username has been entered. Please check and re-enter the correct credentials.
- Error Code E5 - Indicates an Invalid Password has been entered. Please check and re-enter the correct credentials.

Great. Please proceed with your CabCard GO login
Please proceed to Clear Cache on the CabCard GO App by following the below instructions:

Navigate from your devices' Home screen to:
- Settings→Apps
- Search for ‘Cabcard Driver App’
- Storage → select Clear Storage/Cache and Clear Data.
- Please ensure you have cleared both the Storage and Data
- Once done, please return to the login page
- Re-enter your login details.
