To complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below:

1. Check Your Portal

If additional KYC verification is required from you, a clear message will appear on your driver portal. This message will tell you exactly what document is needed.

2. Send the Required Document

Once you know which document is needed, you can send it to us in one of the following ways:

Email: Send your document to support@cabcard.services

WhatsApp: Send a clear photo or scan of the document to us via WhatsApp at 07701 412 215

3. Need Help Sending Documents?

If you're having any difficulty sending your documents, and you work for a taxi fleet that has a relationship with us, your fleet operator may be able to help. They can assist in submitting the documents on your behalf.

 

Tips for a Faster Verification

Make sure the photo or scan of your document is clear and easy to read.

Double-check that all information is visible (especially your name, photo, and expiry date if applicable).

Send the document as soon as you see the request in your portal.

Once we receive and review your document, we’ll update your account status promptly.
