Need to return your payment terminal but it is still under warranty? 

This quick guide covers the key steps for returning a warranted CabCard terminal for replacement:

  • If your terminal is experiencing issues or failures that require a replacement.
  • The return process is straightforward for devices still covered under the 1-year warranty. 
  • We will handle exchanging your malfunctioning terminal for a new one free of charge as long as the warranty period from the purchase date has not expired.
