Reset your CabCard GO SoftPOS App
When re-registration of your Android terminal is required.
If a CabCard GO SoftPOS App reset is required, please follow the process below:
Navigate from your devices' Home screen to → Settings → Apps → CabCard Go SoftPOS App → Storage → select Clear Storage and Clear Data/Cache. (Please note, both selections would need to be cleared)
Please return to the CabCard Go App → click the ‘reset installation’ icon (located just above the numeric keypad) and confirm you would like to reset the SoftPOS App installation.
Once Reset confirmed, please select ‘I have installed the App’ from the next page and complete your new Registration.
