Reset your CabCard GO SoftPOS App
When re-registration of your Android terminal is required.
If you need to reset the CabCard GO app on your device, please follow these steps:
From your home screen, go to Settings > Apps > CabCard Go.
Select Storage, then choose "Clear Storage" and "Clear Cache and Data" - both need to be cleared.
Open the CabCard GO app and tap the "Reset Installation" icon above the keypad.
Confirm you want to reset the app when prompted.
On the next screen, select "I have installed the app" to begin re-registration.
Completing these steps will fully reset and reinstall CabCard GO for a fresh setup. Please contact our support team if you have any issues resetting the app - we're happy to help troubleshoot.
